We all are aware of that apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and much more are the top downloaded apps in the Google Play Store, but this doesn’t mean that they are the best apps available. There are a ton of Android apps that are not available even in the Google Play store. Looks like there are more than 1 million Android apps on Google Play store. Some of them are good, others, well not too good.
Due to their nature or non-compliance with certain Google policies, there are quite a few others ( aspiring apps) who haven’t made into the official app store, and some are worth investigating. And as a result, most of us don’t even know these apps exist in Android Apps store !
These apps are easy to install, so long as you know where to find them and how to use them. Keep in mind that in most cases you won’t be alerted when they are updated, so it’s a good thing to check back with the download location from time to time to make sure that you’re always running the latest version. Also to install these APKs on your Android smartphone/tablet, don’t forget to enable Install from Unknown Sources from Settings.
TubeMate:
As the name suggests, TubeMate is just a YouTube downloader app which is not allowed on the Play Store due to the restrictions of Google.
- We can download YouTube videos in various formats and resolutions.
- It also supports downloading video from websites such as Facebook (Oh wow), Vimeo, and DailyMotion
- We can also download them as an audio file.
We are advised to download the APK from verified websites, as there are a lot of infected TubeMate APKs on the Internet.

Network Spoofer lets us change websites on other people’s computers from an Android phone. After downloading, we simply have to log onto a Wifi network, choose a spoof to use and press start. It is like an advanced version of WiFi Kill. We can redirect traffic of any internet user on the same network. Like redirecting them to a new web page or replacing words or images in a website. Please note that there is no intention for Network Spoofer to include any malicious features.

Adskip is a free ad blocker that allows us to block frustrating ads and domains known to spread malware. Adskip uses filters that we choose to block all unwanted elements such as video ads, pop-up ads, web ads and many other Internet ads.

We might be aware of the open source. F-Droid consists of all of the apps that are available as open-source. Here we can download the apps that are not available even on Google Play Store. We can find some of the apps listed in this article on F-Droid.This app doesn’t consist any pirated or cracked software. We might have heard a similar app named “Black Market.” This app is nothing like that. This app is great for exploring the new open-source apps that you can’t find on Google Play Store.
